Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
• Items that show signs of wear or use
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email support@thenorthfacehub.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
