Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your
purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give
to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

The quality seems good and it definetely serve its purpose, a packable lightweight puffer jacket. The sizing I should say is true to size but in the borderline of getting snug especially if you are planning to put a thick layer before wearing this jacket. If you are planning to wear a thick sweater under this jacket for example, my suggestion is to size up…one size larger than your usual size to get that comfortable fit. I am 5’9 175lbs and medium fits just ok but I preffer a large if I will wear a thick hoodie or sweater under it.
